Garrett is an Epic Gallente commander.

Garrett Lyons was a sergeant in the Gallente Federation's Black Eagles squad, part of the covert reconnaissance unit codenamed "626". After the Amarr Empire captured the core free colonies within the Amamake system, Garrett was tasked by President Roden and Director Blaque with leading his squad on a secret mission to infiltrate the colonies and investigate rumors of advanced cloning technology. Unfortunately, at the start of the operation, the squad encountered the THANATOS special operations team from CONCORD, who were also there for the unknown technology. Garrett was killed in close combat during a blade fight with one of their agents.
